-Card Measurements-Invitations are 5x7, RSVP cards are 4.5x5 and the Detail enclosures are 3x5.
-Envelopes are included for the invitations and RSVP cards

Choose from a variety of elegant styles. The Design Team will work with you to tailor the invitation. The text, font and background color may be changed at no additional cost.
*High-Quality Materials:
Printed on premium card stock with vibrant colors and crisp details, our invitations are designed to create a lasting impression. Available in various paper types and finishes including matte, satin and metallic options.
*Personalized Text:
From names and dates to ceremony details, RSVP instructions and custom QR codes, every part of your invitations will be personalized to your exact specifications. Directions on how to submit your details may be found on the last image photo of the listing.

How It Works:
1. Choose Your Design:
Browse our shop for the perfect invitation style. If you can't find exactly what you're looking for feel free to contact us about a custom design. We also offer foil and die cut abilities.
2. Provide Your Details:
After placing your order, simply send us the details (names, date, time, venue, etc.) in the notes to seller section or in an Etsy conversation. Please include specific requests for background color and font choice as well. Directions on how to submit the details may be found on the last image of the listing photos.
*There is a $35 Custom Design Change Fee to change the colors of flowers, other design elements, to combine two of our designs or change the orientation of the invitation (ie from portrait to landscape etc.)
3. Proof & Approval:
We'll send you a digital proof within 2-3 business days. You can request any changes until you are 100% satisfied and give us your firm approval to print.
4. Printing & Shipping:
Once approved we'll print and ship your invitations within 2-3 business days. We offer expedited shipping options for those on a tight timeline.

Refunds, Returns, Damaged Order, Cancellations and Quantity Discrepancies:
*Refunds & Returns: We do not accept refunds or returns on custom work. It is strongly advised to order a sample before placing your order to ensure you will be happy with the end result.
*Cancellations: orders may be cancelled before a proof is sent. After a proof has been sent if you wish to cancel we deduct $35 from the total and issue a store credit for the balance.
*Damaged Order: Please take multiple photos of the damaged box and damaged contents. Send them to us and report the issue right away. Most orders are covered under the Etsy purchase protection plan.
*Quantity Discrepancies: Please count each piece of your order upon arrival. We allow up to 10 business days to report an item shortage, after that it will not be honored.

A step by step walkthrough on placing an order and what happens next!
The Checkout Process
- Choose the quantity you'd like from the menu "cost" options. We Print in increments of 4.
- Fill out the details you'd like to include in the form included on the listing page. Feel free to include any other notes or additional requests in the additional information.
- Add the listing to your cart. You can add several different listings to your cart to purchase everything together.
- View your cart and complete the checkout process.
After You Order

After the payment, order details, and photos come through, we will send you a customized proof to look over to the e-mail linked to your order.
- There may be some back and forth with changes and adjustments. We offer unlimited changes but reserve the right to request additional payment for more intense customization.
- Upon receiving an "I Approve" on all of your pieces, your entire order will be moved into production. Nothing is printed until we receive your approval to do so.
Upon Approval
- Our average production turnaround time is 2-3 business days. Feel free to contact us for the most up-to-date turnaround time.
- Your order is then wrapped, packed, and shipped out via USPS Priority or UPS Ground which can take 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout.
- A tracking number will be sent with a shipment notification via e-mail. Please allow 24 hours for your shipping information to update.
Color Matching
Color Matching
All of our stationery is tested to match the color on our Mac screens. The color can vary from screen to screen to print.
This means, the color you see on your digital proof may not match the final printed color. If you are concerned about the final color or want us to match a specific shade, I recommend ordering a "Pre-Designed Sample" to view the final color in person.
Due to the offering of Pre-Designed samples, we do not offer Refunds and/or Reprints on custom print work.

We offer additional languages at no additional charge. All Pieces of a minimum order must in the same language. Simply, send the text to us in your chosen language. Please provide it line by line how you want it to appear on the stationery.
