The wedding invitations are fully customizable for your big day, including the text, font and background color. This listing is for printed invitations. There is a 12 count minimum per order or per color. Our wedding invitations are printed on premium quality ACRYLIC with a commercial flatbed digital printer. The invitations are sold individually or as a SET which includes a matching PAPER rsvp or as a SUITE which includes the ACRYLIC invitation, PAPER rsvp card and PAPER enclosure card. The finished invitation size is 5 x 7 and includes an envelope.* The finished RSVP size is 4 x 5.5 and also includes an envelope. The finished enclosure card is 3 x 5.


*To ensure a successful postal experience it is highly recommended to purchase cardboard mailers to protect the Acrylic invitation.

How to Purchase:


-Step (1)

Please select the increment you would like from the “cost” drop down box. There are two options, the first is for Invitation Only and the second is for Sets. The Sets have the invitation and matching RSVP. White envelopes are also included with each piece.


-Step (2)

Add the PenelopesPaperPantry listing(s) you have selected to your cart. Multiple orders can be added to your cart to combine into ONE shipment.


-Step (3)

View your cart. In the notes to seller section, please provide all the details for your each item. Instructions may be found at the top of the listing description. Continue through checkout.


-Step (4)

Upon receiving payment for the minimum order, we will send you your personalized proof(s) within 1-2 business days via Etsy conversation. Please verify spelling of the names, date and other details. Your firm "I approve this for print" is required for each individual piece before anything will be printed.


-Step (5)

We will print and ship your invitations in 3 to 6 business days after we receive your firm approval for each individual piece.


-Color Disclaimer

We do not offer Refunds and/or Reprints on custom print work because we offer pre-designed samples* for purchase.

*A predesigned sample looks just like the listing. It is not customized. We offer these so you are able to assess the color, paper and print quality. The predesigned samples are sent via first class mail and may take 5 to 7 business days to arrive.


-Returns/Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds on customized print work. If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately.

How it Works

Here's a step by step walkthrough on placing an order and what happens next!
  1. Choose the amount you'd like from the menu options. We Print in increments of 4 with a minimum order of 24 for customization.
  2. Fill out the relevant details you'd like to include in the form included on the listing page. Feel free to include any other notes or additional requests in the additional information.
  3. Add the listing to your cart. You can add several different listings to your cart to purchase everything together.
  4. View your cart and complete the checkout process.
  5. After the payment and order details/photos come through, we will send you a customized proof to look over to the e-mail linked to your order. 
  6. There may be some back and forth with changes and adjustments. We offer unlimited changes but reserve the right to request additional payment for more intense customization. 
  7. Upon receiving an "I Approve" on all of your pieces, your entire order will be moved into production. Nothing is printed until we receive your approval to do so.
  8. Our average production turnaround time is 2-3 business days. Feel free to contact us for the most up-to-date turnaround time. 
  9. Your order is then wrapped, packed, and shipped out via USPS Priority or UPS Ground which can take 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are also available.
  10. A tracking number will be sent with a shipment notification via e-mail. Please allow 24 hours for your shipping information to update.

Color Matching

All of our stationery is tested to match the color on our Mac screens. The color can vary from screen to screen to print.

This means, the color you see on your digital proof may not match the final printed color. If you are concerned about the final color or want us to match a specific shade, I recommend ordering a "Pre-Designed Sample" to view the final color in person.

Due to the offering of Pre-Designed samples, we do not offer Refunds and/or Reprints on custom print work.

Samples

On most of our listings, we offer a "Pre-Designed sample" option to allow you to see and feel the final print quality of our stationary. A pre-designed sample looks just like the listing image before any customization has been done. These are sent via first class mail and may take 5 to 7 business days to arrive.

Other Languages

We offer additional languages at no additional charge. All Pieces of a minimum order must in the same language. Simply, send the text to us in your chosen language. Please provide it line by line how you want it to appear on the stationery.
